I'm a transdisciplinary designer, researcher, and educator. I use different methodologies to dig into stories and systems, reframe problems, and design interventions that open up new possibilities. I have a thing for visual communication, strategically collaborating with others and tiramisu.

About

I’m a designer, engineer, and former founder currently exploring the human labor behind AI in the design program at Stanford University.

I started my career as an analytics practitioner at Accenture, then founded a beauty tech startup that built a visual recognition system for people with textured hair, which went through Sephora Accelerator in 2020. Somewhere between the two and being an immigrant kid navigating two cultures, languages, and spaces my entire life, I fell in love with the process of designing inclusive spaces.

In my free time, you can find me enjoying some tiramisu, basking in the sun, and grooving to an unhealthy amount of music. And yes, my picture was inspired by Mulatu Astake’s album cover.
